Try a Ford Taurus or Chevy Cavalier. Also the Dodge Neon. I’m sure you could find some excellent deals on these 3.

Ford Taurus. They run like forever, and the junkyards are full of them so you never hurt for parts.

depending what your needs are. But i bought a used ford focus with low milage pretty cheap and have a no problems in 3 yaers

I had a Honda civic for 6 years, and I am sorry I got rid of it. It had great gas miles, and plenty of power, and was the most reliable car I ever owned, and toyotas are very dependable too. Happy shopping.

Definitely a Ford Taurus or a Chevrolet Impala. Id recommend the Impala over the Taurus just because of reliability in the long run but either will certainly work well.
